I bought this system based on reviews from other users and am very happy with it. Running cables through my attic was a little tricky (sometimes impossible to work around), but I wanted a wired system to avoid the Wi-Fi connectivity issues that wireless systems often have. Once the cables were in place (and the long ethernet cables that come with it are a real plus) setting up the camera was easy and secure, I connected the cables, powered on the system and got to work. It took me a few days to learn how the system works and to choose the settings that work for me, but now it works exactly the way I want it to and it's easy to change when I do would like. Image quality is excellent during the day and the IR offers enough range at night to illuminate my property the way I need it. The IR lights do attract some bugs, but I've adjusted the motion sensitivity to eliminate false alarms when people or vehicles are detected near my home - great for areas that are otherwise difficult to see. In summary, I am very happy with this system in every respect - ease of installation, ease of use, performance and price.
