Not Forever

The command tape is a great way to attach lightweight items to the wall without making holes. I've usually used it for light drawings, frames, small panels, etc. Initial adhesion is great and it feels solid. However, I had a very light cork board attached to the wall with two strips on each side. A year later, in the middle of the night, he just collapsed off the wall and threw things off the table. It scared everyone and now I know the glue won't last long. The board was maybe about 1 pound smaller.
