Much better unit, suitable for paper and plastic
We were using the previous generation of these units when one of them died. I replaced it with this model and it works great. It's much quieter and sounds smoother than the previous generation. It also seems less random, which always results in more paper towels being pushed out. In other words, I rarely see 3ft paper towels hanging from below. Expensive but touchless dispensers are very convenient! Would definitely buy again.
