This is my second Keurig machine, I only bought this because although my original machine ran most days it got temperamental at times and I needed a machine with a smaller footprint so I shopped new compact model at walmart only to find that this model doesn't have the water filter that my first car had. Was frankly dissatisfied, this was not mentioned when purchasing the new version. Always changed the filter on my original car, maybe that's why I've served well for over 6 years! I didn't give this new filter five stars for only one reason. which is a fact, the installation guide was poorly written. Had I not been familiar with the filtration system on my previous Keurig machine I probably would not have figured out how to install this filter holder as the instructions were clearly written by a non-English speaking person. But after installation, the filter works as it should.
