I bought this as a gift for my daughter (23) her only complaint was it was to tight and didn’t stay tied. We bought a large. I ended up buying another brand and keeping this for myself. I wear it as lounging robe when doing a mask or my toes and I am an extra small. It’s a perfect fit for me, I am 5’4 130
