Updated 21/07/20 I contacted Bertoni Eyewear and very quickly received a reply from Stefano asking for photos of the defective part. I received an email the same day that new glasses were being shipped and shortly after I received confirmation the new glasses are on their way with the FedEx priority tracking number. I am totally impressed with the customer service from Stefano and Bertoni Eyewear and very happy with the result, I would not hesitate for a second to buy anything from this company. I bought these in February 2020 and was very happy with these glasses until the small thin piece of plastic holding one of the interchangeable arms broke and one of the arms no longer stayed attached to the glasses. I bought these glasses exclusively for motorcycling and am very careful with these glasses. Not sure what loaded or caused the crack that happened when I took them off with a helmet on. I don't use interchangeable arms so I think I can glue the arm back on and they will work just fine. I would buy this brand again but most likely look for non-replacement arms for more durability.
