This could be a great GPS. If only I could create an account with TomTom. You must have an account to use traffic, weather, other, and map updates. Trip Planner which is why I decided to give up my Garmin and switch to this TomTom in the first place. It's a great trip planner which I was really impressed with and really looking forward to using it and uploading my planned trips to TomTom GPS. but no, you must have an account and be logged in to use the application downloaded to your phone. So I tried to create an account. didn't let me Says I already have an account. Try resetting your password. That does not work. It just says that the password reset failed. So I'm stuck. There is no phone number to call or email address to send a message from TomTom. So I went back to Garmin.
