"BE AWARE " - GPS, Finder & Accessories

I took a chance ordering this GPS for my husband who works as a truck driver despite having seen the reviews we did 2 years ago You have already been updated. This GPS is complete junk. My husband has been all over the streets, in places where a truck driver doesn't belong. He used it for the first week and now I'm returning it. DO NOT BUY THIS!

great GPS and helpful customer service

My husband uses this and he says it's really good. About a week or two after he received them, there was an issue that the cards had expired. When he connected to a call, his phone went through TomTom and not Bluetooth, resulting in not being able to hear the caller and the caller being unable to hear him. He contacted TomTom support and now everything is working fine and he is very happy with it.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE A TRACKER!

I bought this product to replace my old Rand Mcnally GPS. I couldn't be more disappointed! The interface is very easy to set up and use. That's when you start using it, that's when the problems start. This is by far the worst truck GPS I have ever used. Attempting to use it in northern Maine was very disappointing. Roads I knew I could take, the GPS said it was a car route only. Then he will try to lead me down paths I shouldn't have taken. At first I thought I set it up wrong so I calledโ€ฆ

TomTom-Fail: GPS, finder and accessories

This could be a great GPS. If only I could create an account with TomTom. You must have an account to use traffic, weather, other, and map updates. Trip Planner which is why I decided to give up my Garmin and switch to this TomTom in the first place. It's a great trip planner which I was really impressed with and really looking forward to using it and uploading my planned trips to TomTom GPS. but no, you must have an account and be logged in to use the application downloaded to your phone. NOT FOR TRUCKS! READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!

This GPS navigator takes you down roads where trucks are NOT supposed to be. Leads you to boulevards, country lanes, etc. Customer service offered an upgrade even though the GPS was up to date. I do not recommend anyone to buy, a lot of headaches. THIS IS NOT A GPS TRUCK! I also called Revain customer service and told them about the problem. They don't care either. Offer discounted returns. I agreed because this GPS is absolutely useless and NOT FOR TRUCKS! I lost $45 because I didn't get aโ€ฆ
