My daughter picked this out as her 9th birthday present during the covid-19 quarantine. Since she was not allowed to have an actual birthday party with her friends, we decided to let her pick out exactly what she wanted and agreed to spend a little more than we normally would.She was so excited when it was delivered ON her birthday! She rode it twice and then the tire came off the wheel and now it will not hold air. We have an extremely heart broken and upset little girl who just wanted a brand new bike for her birthday. Who can I contact to fix this problem?! For the amount of money that was spent on it, especially during these trying times with both parents not working, I feel like this needs to be corrected.
