Bought this on a whim to try and replace the bulky console cable + USB serial adapter I always carried with me. I had to download the driver manually and from the website. The navigation requires a bit of attention, but overall I found the driver quickly and installed it without too much trouble. I had to find drivers for (2) logical devices, first for the COM port and then for the USB port. Both were installed from the same driver package. I have tested the cable with both PuTTY and TeraTerm on Cisco 5515 ASA, Cisco 2960 and Juniper EX2200 and everything worked great. I no longer need flip cables and serial adapters, these cables are exactly what I want. I bought another one after trying the first one.
