This item looks exactly like the picture. It was a bit of a hassle to install. (My car is a 2007 Nissan Altima with a 15-inch steering wheel.) I couldn't get it onto the wheel on the first few tries, but kept working and stretching it every time I tried, and eventually I did. It's very tight and has a rubber pad inside so I think it stays secure. The reason I wanted a steering wheel cover is because my steering wheel gets very hot in the summer and I wanted a material that would stay cooler. This case seems to go well with it, so I'm happy.
