The router worked for about 4 months, then the signal started to disappear constantly. I contacted D-Link as it is still under warranty. After two and a half hours of troubleshooting (more of my time than the router is worth) they finally agreed that I could send it back at my expense. Two weeks later I got a call saying they didn't have a replacement and didn't know what to do. When I (repeatedly) called back they promised a supervisor would call me but never did. When I called again and insisted on speaking to the manager, they spent forty-five minutes of my time directing me to various CSRs and never once answered the manager's call. I got fed up and finally told them I would contact the Attorney General. So they offered me a refund within 7-10 business days. It was a month ago. And I wasted my money sending them their crappy router back.
