My cat lives at home but I wanted her to have a collar in case she ran away. I also like to wear a bell on her so I can hear her walking around. This collar seems to be much more durable than the one I have used on my cat before, one downside is that it is quite difficult to adjust and definitely not made for a skinny little cat. My cat is about 5 pounds and I had to adjust the strap by extending an additional 2 inches and threading it through. Even after fully adjusting, it still dangles around her neck a bit and sags underneath her. In the attached video you can see that I can still place my index finger and move it freely, showing that there is still so much space left around her neck. She doesn't hate collars so I don't mind wearing a collar around her neck because it's so loose because I know she's very unlikely to take it off but if your cat is a skinny little escape master , be careful. How can they sway? The color is really sweet and bright and I love the little cherry shaped pendant.
