Review on Rachael Ray Create Delicious Stainless Steel Cookware Set: 10-Piece Pots and Pans with Light Blue Handles by Beth Parker

I've waited almost two months to write a review because I wanted it to be after serious use. I've used every pot and pan. I'm a serious cook. I cook like restaurant chefs. All dishes that call for a vigorous spicy roast get it. I braised the roast and slow cooked the stew. I moved the pan from the stove to the oven. I even forgot some boiling water once, and it boiled away and overheated the pan. Due to Covid we never eat out. I use them every day. 7 weeks later they still look like I just opened them. I have used all brands of cookware from LeCruset to Farberware and this cookware is one of the best. They are heavy, durable and well designed. I recommend them and would buy them again.
