I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this app without assistance from employees or managers of stores/brands you're interested in working at.

As someone who has worked as an employee myself (and currently works part-time), when applying online there are often questions asked by employers asking why they should hire me over another candidate if we have similar experience levels etc., but not all companies ask these kinds of things during interviews. This makes my life easier because i don't need to worry about giving honest answers since those aren't important factors anymore once hired anyways.
