Review on Varasset by David Blackstock

Varasset has been a great asset for the company. We have been able to solve a number of challenges we were facing in managing our telecom asset inventory and have been able to streamline our workflows. We have not run into any issues with the software. There is always something new to learn. Varasset has been a great asset and I would highly recommend using them for asset management software. We are able to track our assets in real time and have been able to streamline our processes, which has improved our efficiency. Easy to use, fast implementation and excellent training program. Not much to dislike as far as the product itself. However, they could have more support in the US. We needed some work done that was outside of their reach. They were able to help us find someone else who could do it but we still had to go through them again to get billing set up. Inexpensive, easy to implement, and extremely user friendly! Our employees are very happy with how quickly we can send invoices and pay bills online.
