I love having access to other qualified candidates for my hiring needs, it has been very efficient getting quality resumes into our database which helps us fill positions faster than we can interview without this service; also being able t utilize additional resources when needed by myself or others who have hired with Erin before me as well so no concerns there either! It's definitely worth checking out if you are looking at all your available options of recruiting methods- different sources give up differing amounts but sometimes just knowing someone personally isn't always enough depending where they work (if their manager knows them) - This really does help solve some issues because now i am not going through one source only finding people like "A" candidate after another trying hard find A good fit for what type position its searching etc.
