Stable for sure! for sports
The quality of this bike rack is very good for the price. No assembly is required and I use it straight out of the box. It's heavy and fell very safely when I put my bike on it. I have a bike with 26" hybrid wheels so the width of the tire fits the stand perfectly. I don't think it will fit on a mountain tire. I also use it for front and rear wheel without problems. All in all a great bike rack!
