Take those screws and never worry about them again.
If you have a Macbook Pro that requires these screws, the Loctite can wear out, so it's a good idea to have a spare set on hand. In fact, I remember taking my computer (Macbook Pro Late 2012) to a computer store one day and when I went to pick it up, it didn't have any screws! I'm not joking. Zero. So maybe these screws have more than one use case. Either way, it's worth sanity.
