I made cauliflower pizza dough using this cloth to strain the cauliflower water. This recipe was tricky because if moisture is left behind, it compromises the integrity of the crust. I made a cauliflower pizza without this cloth and it wasn't as hard as when I used this cloth to strain out all the liquid. It comes vacuum packed and is large enough to complete any recipe. Two fabrics come in one order which is amazing if you lose one of them. The last picture I uploaded is to demonstrate the purity of this product. I'm leaning against a window with horizontally aligned blinds that can be seen behind the fabric. It's perfect for straining! I look forward to making more cauliflower pizza with this towel!
