The mic on my headset started to mute and I needed a better solution than wearing the headset for hours every day. I've never had much luck with Bluetooth devices, plus I didn't want anything else to charge. A work laptop's microphone and speakers are useless. After looking at the options available and reading the reviews, I decided to give Jounivo a try. It sits on the table, doesn't get in the way, and works great. I've gotten a lot of compliments on how good it sounds. It has changed the way I conduct meetings, I no longer have a sore ear after multi-day meetings and I don't look as stupid since I no longer wear a headset. It's really nice to have a separate mute button on the mic, now I can mute or unmute the sound without finding the right place to press. Very happy with this purchase.
