Update: This company has one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. They emailed me saying they would refund my money and not send the product back. They will try to find the best design. It doesn't fit my Harley. It appears as soon as you plug it in. I really like its looks and it seems to charge very well. But for now I have a USB cable plugged into the bike's wiring harness that pushes the connector down to hold it in place. So I drove 150 km without any problems. I wish I could find one that is well made and has a way of nesting it.
