The product was fast, the quality of the packaging was very good and everything was as expected. I liked the bags because they can store part of the product without throwing it away. The reason I only give this product three stars is because none of my cats would eat it. Eventually I gave it to my mother and only one of her two cats touched it. This leads me to conclude that most cats don't care about the taste, texture or anything else that this product disgusts. It looks like a quality product, but it doesn't end up taking up much space in your pantry because your cats won't touch it. I would recommend this product if you are running out of ideas. for some reason (like me) or want to try something else. Just be aware that there is a good chance your cat will not eat this product. I would recommend starting with a small order the first time.
