. No problem. Pretty hard too. A small kink at the ends, but certainly nothing unreasonable or scary. Dish soap and a little water on the stick is great for putting on a sponge. I've also found that if you soak the sponge yourself, it's softer and a lot easier to clean. It dried for an hour or two, and after everything was dry the smoothness disappeared. But now I think a good rain can bring back the sponge slipping on the grate. . . A bad thing and I might want to replace the sponge with shock absorbing tape if that happens.
