Compare online manuals for PRO-164 and Uniden BC125AT. This is the best way to compare the differences between two scanners. When I first got the 125 I had trouble programming it and I couldn't download the software needed to program it from Uniden. The instructions are vague at best. I've returned 125 times 164 and I don't regret the decision. So much easier to use and $20 cheaper on average.
