upgrade and downgrade. Second try since Revain didn't post my first attempt at paraphrasing. The umbrella broke a few days ago. I was about to close it and shook it to dry, not hard, and it flipped over and a couple of the spokes just broke. It didn't even take 6 months. Very disappointed. I saw the TV interview on the local news here in Jax. (FL) c I accept the inventor and was intrigued by the concept of a secondary liner and waterproof material (I hate handling wet umbrellas at work or in the shop); I bought one straight away and have used it twice here at Jax so far. The umbrella worked as promised. I stayed dry, he stayed dry. I walked into the office and was able to shake it briefly before entering the building and slipping my dry umbrella into my purse (not those plastic umbrella covers). So far, I am very satisfied. However, it's rainy season in Florida right now, let's see how he handles it. It would be nice if there were some pretty eye-catching designs and colors so I hope to see them soon.
