Excellent integration and reporting capabilities

The flexibility to add new features as required, including customisable reports for our clients is great! Not much so far but I am sure there are many things we have not thought about with this software that could be improved upon in future releases - just keep adding more functionality/features!! We can now track all aspects relating directly or indirectly (eg flights) back through booking stages right up until payment has been made by credit card etc.- no longer rely solely on internal systems which sometimes do break down when it matters most i eg busy periods during holiday season.

Powerful tracking tools ability easily update information using excel spreadsheet if need arises without any coding expertise being needed.
Full control over data fields within database table structure via SQL editor available online & offline at anytime from anywhere around globe
Great customer support team who always respond quickly even though they're often very understaffed due lackada
