Just unbelievable. Kinetico is a complete scam.
A Kinetico reverse osmosis unit came to our house, it started leaking and since it was still under warranty I called Kinetico. They said that the filters are bad and/or I installed the replacement incorrectly (I did everything right, it's just stupid). The tech replaced filters but no parts and when the dust settled we were charged $200 for filters/labor and the IMO warranty for new parts was not honored. After 3 months the leak got worse. For less than what they charged me for the filters I bought this whole system + filters for 4 years. The water tastes great and is pretty easy to install - the only downside is the flow rate was better with the Kinetico WOW (Water on Water) tank. I still have this WOW tank, if anyone knows how to connect it to this system please comment, I would really appreciate it!
