Sprinting several thousand kilometers on a mountain bike on this bb. It was calm and solid. I pull the handles several times a year and dust. The cranks turn with much less friction than the crude Shimano bottom bracket that came with the XT cranks. The key is better storage and the fact that the left and right sides combine as one within the frame. One star deducted because the installation was lousy. I barely managed to connect the two sides. It took a lot of trial and error and putting together a tempo. Click to install. This BB never gets out of frame but I'll just change the bearings.
