For various reasons I've been looking for and overlooked some phone holders. But with my ubiquitous and endlessly useful new iPhone 11Pro, I really needed a mount that would protect my phone while allowing me to optimize it for in-car use - keeping my phone and I safe, flexible and comfortable. User friendliness. It was also easy for me to pick up and remove that precious phone when I got out of the car. I was wondering how to fit it into my Toyota C-HR which has a sculpted dashboard and not much room. But the MaxBoost phone mount comes with a sticky, clear little mounting pad as well as a sticky suction cup, both of which work and stick to the slight curves of the dashboard. The adhesive pads are from 3M, and the company says these pads, and all of them, can be safely removed from the dash if needed without damaging the dash. But at the same time, they definitely stick like crazy! Haven't put it through the grueling sunny California test yet, but so far so good. The mount has a retractable arm to bring the phone closer to me (or side to side or in any direction) and all sorts of customizable settings for each person I think. I had a little trouble putting everything together. and get it running first. But I took a deep breath, waited until I got home and had some time for it, and after following the diagrams and info I got it up and running in 20 minutes. I was assigned to test this product for a free sample. but it turned out to be something extremely useful, durable, well made and doesn't look too clunky on my dash. I'm very glad I have it and now it's a safe and convenient place for my phone while driving. I think it's a well thought out and very functional product that will bring me a lot of benefits. Now I love that when navigating the complex world of California's freeways and back roads with Waze, I can not only hear voice directions, but also see the rolling map without taking my eyes off the road. Thumbs up for this cool and useful gadget!
