Product arrived used and scratched

I open the package, it seems used and it is scratched as I always order a new product. At the moment I am charging the battery to see if the product is worth it, in a few days I will update my review on this product. The brushes were being used when I unpacked the items, they had a bad smell like someone was trying to clean them before shipping.
