Excellent backup camera! I've been looking for cameras for about a month and decided to spend a little more on these and I'm glad I did. Installation was easy and didn't take long. There are a few reviews I've seen that say detaching and attaching a backup camera is cumbersome because you have to keep the camera in place. I don't understand what you're talking about. The kit includes 3 compression lock washers that hold the bracket in place. No additional effort is required when removing or installing the spare wheel. The only thing I can think of is that maybe an older version of this camera kit didn't come with lock washers. But if so, a quick trip to Home Depot and a $1 purchase might solve the problem. This kit is also adjustable and even comes with an extra longer arm, making it fully adjustable for larger tires. For the money it was good for me. You need to go to your local Jeep dealership and ask them to flash the radio for the camera to work. They charged me $105. On some Jeep forums, some people said their dealers did it for free, while others were only charged $50. I'm not that lucky. But still I think it was a good buy and I'm happy with the camera and its performance. In total, I invested $335 in a backup camera. It was worth it.
