Review on PREMEDEX Patient Manager by Robert Gilbert

I like that it is easy to use and my phone number is added to the patient list when I set up the account. I want a way to export patient data from the program. I also wish it was easier to access patient accounts. I like having all of my appointments in one place. It makes it easy to communicate with my patients and have them keep me up to date on their health and medical appointments. I like that it's easy for me as an RN/CNA with little computer experience (and even less typing) to use this program! It can be hard at times figuring out how something works but once you get used to using PM there isn't much trouble anymore. The fact that we are able to track our patient information in one place makes my job easier when trying to find info about them or send messages back & forth between myself and other members of staff who aren't always available during shift changes.
