PREMEDEX Patient Manager Review

I like that it is easy to use and my phone number is added to the patient list when I set up the account. I want a way to export patient data from the program. I also wish it was easier to access patient accounts. I like having all of my appointments in one place. It makes it easy to communicate with my patients and have them keep me up to date on their health and medical appointments. I really enjoy working with PreMedex because they are very responsive when it comes time for questions or concerns about my patient's progress after discharge from hospitalization/surgery etc.. Their system has improved since we started using them almost 2 years ago; however there still seems like some room improvement in terms that you can't see all relevant information right away (as compared wtih other similar programs). The patient manager allows me to keep track of my patients and their progress. I have been able to see what medications they are taking and when they should be taken. This has been helpful in keeping my patients healthy. I dislike that it does not sync with other software which would allow me to access information from anywhere. I like that you can see what medications are being taken by your patient at home so it helps me know if they're taking them as prescribed or not! It's easy for my staff members who aren't always in front of computers all day long (we have lots!) to use this software because we don't need any training before using it - just log into our account with username/password provided during installation process & click "go". The product is easy to use and offers lots of features. I like that the product is easy to navigate and there is a ton of information to help you along the way. I like that you can easily schedule a follow up appointment. I wish there were more appointment reminders to help me remember to follow up with my patient.
