When my boy was about a week old and had a lot of acid reflux causing all sorts of problems like choking up mucus and gas. I bought this on a whim after giving birth, thinking I should have one of everything, just in case. It seems that in some cases it is best to mix it with water for hydration and in other cases for example hiccups. We use a bottle every week, week and a half or so. Showed it to my doctor who had no idea about the product and he said I was fine all natural without any ingredients.
