I like that you can see what grantee is working on at any given time, which helps me to be more efficient as well as give them feedback when they are not doing their job! It's sometimes difficult to keep track of who has been assigned to each project, so we have had issues with communication about deadlines etc.

Sometimes there is no information available until after the deadline has passed. We also don't always know how much money is left or if our budget will run out before the end of the year - this makes planning very hard!
