I like that you can see what grantee is working on at any given time, which helps me to be more efficient as well as give them feedback when they are not doing their job! It's sometimes difficult to keep track of who has been assigned to each project, so we have had issues with communication about deadlines etc. Sometimes there is no information available until after the deadline has passed. I like that SFG has an easy to use interface, so it's very user friendly. The reporting is excellent as well! It makes my job easier by allowing me to manage everything from one place instead of having to go back-and-forth between different platforms. There are some features that could be improved upon such as being able to make changes after you've submitted your grant application.
