I hooked this up to a 10 inch Binize Android stereo. Plug it into a USB port and install the APK file. While the car is running, it records videos from the DVR to the SD card. I don't think it came with an SD card. Bought a 32GB card. If you need to watch or save a video, I just pull out the SC card and plug it into my computer or phone. ADAS is a joke. It's not Tesla's Autopilot, but it can usually read lanes on the road and determine the cars and their distance. It's not very convenient or practical, but it's fun to play with. Part of my problem is probably my slow, cheap Android mainframe.
