They shine very well, look great, are heavy and complement my sterling silver rings and bracelets! The only thing I don't like is that on both sets I bought the bungee cord broke. I had to buy my own cable from Walmart to have on hand when new ones come out. Otherwise I LOVE them! I find myself putting them on and taking them off very carefully. I ROLL them very carefully to avoid over-tightening the elastic cord and risking the beads jumping all over the place! I have to say that I had no problems with the tiny 2mm strings.
