Review on Sculpey Crafty Clay Oven Variety by Sasha Hsiao

So I've just finished my first batch of this kit and before I finish this review it will be fully baked and chilled. I'm attaching a photo ;) Lately I've been watching NerdECrafter a lot on YouTube, I like their channel. A lot of the things she does involves scalping and I got bitten by the virus again. When I was a kid my mom bought me a 40 color Super Sculpey gift box and I couldn't figure out why. She's always been such a curmudgeon, and this kit cost almost $30. I had no doubts and got my huge Super Sculpey set and it was the best. I bought THIS set for $10 and it also comes with " and it's VERY soft for polymer clay and a lot stickier than I'd like. Both made working with clay much more difficult than what I did as a kid. In the future I will definitely buy more expensive and heavier clay. On the other hand, I'm not a professional, it's not sold profitably. And I really enjoyed it. Considering how much I paid for it, I'm pretty happy with what I got. I'd like a harder, less sticky clay, but it's not so soft and sticky that it's unusable or uncomfortable to work with, it's just a big problem. This putty is on sale, but it's on sale...a quality putty that you should buy if you're looking for a small set for a few bucks. However, never buy elaborate polymer clay paints.
