The microphone is not adjustable, too far from the mouth, so it's quiet

I won't list all the pluses, they can be found in the video. Instead, I'll focus on all the cons: 1. The microphone only extends 3 inches, so it's very quiet. The manual says: flex the mic (don't do this, the instructions are wrong) until the mic boom is 2 fingers away. Well, the mic on this headset is not adjustable and the mic is 3.5 fingers from the edge of my mouth. I wear it as usual and am a typical medium height man with a typical head. -2 stars for bad microphone sound and not revised manual.2. ANC is not that good. I'm not deducting stars as that's probably difficult with a headset this size.3. If you lean or lean forward, the headset will fall off your head. This is very annoying, but then again, no stars are shot here.4. My headset disconnected from the Poly Lens app, but the headset kept saying it was connected to the PC. In this situation, the headphones worked but the microphone did not. I had to end the meeting by switching to my laptop mic. Reboot fixed it. This has only happened once but I will follow up. Edit: The Poly Lens app still doesn't work properly. I charged my headset and when I turn it on it says "Battery Low" but the Poly Lens app says the battery is critical. I tried plugging the dongle back in and found that when I remove the dongle the app still says it's connected. It's just frustrating at the moment as it seems like something isn't working properly. I have Win 10 Pro 64bit and a USB C key.
