This product is comfortable, has no chemical smell and relieves pain from broken ribs. It all depends on which rib(s) you are trying to stabilize, speaking of it twisting or rolling down. When you sit, it doesn't roll. However, I wish the design had a bust cutout because it obviously rolls in that area. This is useful for rib issues in both men and women as long as women are not trying to stabilize a rib that is NOT near the breasts. It doesn't suit my needs due to where my hernia is located. I'm going to try a lumbar (lower) brace. I will try a lumbar support that is very long/wide so I can position it a little higher to support the lower rib fracture. Hope that helps :)
