Review on Feit Electric BPQ500T3 CL RS by Lori Aguirre

I bought 2 packs of 2 and kept them in a postal envelope until I needed them. As they are advertised as "Heavy Duty" I was looking forward to trying them out when the cheap bulb that came with my work lamp wore out. It was very disappointing that two of these didn't work at all and the third of the plastic contacts that goes into either side of the lamp was "broken" and unusable (the fourth worked). I don't know if it was sent that way or happened at the time of delivery. I know I can ask for a refund or a replacement, but it now seems that these types of small items (though not cheap) might be best bought at a hardware store or reputable hardware store.
