Although the LANMERTREE online store has a sizable assortment of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, my interactions with the company were far from positive. Although the website is simple to use and browse, the products' quality could have been much better. The quality and design of the clothes and shoes I got were average. The pieces lacked care to detail and were made of shoddy materials. The jewelry selection was also unimpressive and left a bad impression. Furthermore, the poor quality of the customer support only made me more disappointed. My inquiries regarding my purchase were met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I felt undervalued and unappreciated as a customer as a result of their general approach to customer care. I advise investing in fashion companies that put quality and customer care first. Although LANMERTREE may offer a wide range of goods, its disregard for detail and subpar customer service make it a less than optimal choice for fashion-conscious customers.
