As a self-proclaimed chef, I thought this electric cooktop would live up to its hype .I wanted a reliable cooktop that WOULD make my cooking experience a breeze. Unfortunately, this product did not deliver the expected results. Tools and Home Improvement definitely has several better options. As a result of my tests, I determined that it took too much time to heat up and the temperature controls were not precise, which led to uneven cooking. Overall I am disappointed with this purchase and do not recommend it..
