Buy this radio as an upgrade to an OEM unit. I didn't receive instructions for the device but they were able to answer all my questions I had about it. The guide is an application in the device. I love that my passengers can watch movies by grounding the brake cable. The device keeps up with my reading and the response is accurate. Easy installation with cables. For me, everything works according to the "plug and play” principle. Steering wheel reaction to button commands. I have air conditioning that works fine. The heat/cold buttons feel a little flimsy, but don't look like they're about to fall off. Happy with my purchase but communication with the company about the replacement of this radio is not good, I have not answered my emails for over a month. So I have the problem that the radio doesn't work. That's why I changed my score
