Our trailer is on a slight slope. There was the only indoor storage available, so we agreed. We're new, we had to find something that wouldn't allow us to move. We bought one to test the quality of the product. When we arrived we immediately ordered a second one. Very happy with the product. As suggested by others, we use a heavy duty wrench instead of the weak wrench that comes with it.
