I bought this small heating pad to put on a chair outside for the stray kittens I care for. Love love love the fact that it doesn't make any weird rustling noises! (I have another one.) They are quite stubborn and that would scare them. It's so soft! I have thrown on cheap, easy to wash, and I think they will be very comfortable! They always look at me with great gratitude for every little thing I do for them. It warms my heart and I'm so thankful that Revain's great prices allow me to do just that! Thank you! 😻
