My 3 year old loves it. They look more like a doll than a mitten, but if there are three of you, that seems like a huge plus. Imagine that instead of the thumb portion of a regular mitt, you have two large finger portions, effectively making the thumb and finger portions interchangeable. This leaves plenty of thumb room which is fantastic for any parent trying to put mittens on a squirming baby. It also means there is a significant loss of dexterity, but that doesn't mean you can't put baby in mittens at anything.
