Review on 13 Watt OttLite Replacement Bulb - OttLite T13330 by Mandy Rodriguez

OTT gives great light. The model number of my floor lamp is OTL13FLW. This goes on for many years, and eventually the lightbulb is broken. I am very confused as to which bulb to get after checking their website. I have contacted customer service. You are very helpful. Her answer is if your old bulb has smooth plastic just behind each stud/prong on the side, new configuration Ottlite bulbs (new model Ottlite #T13330) will actually fit your Type A bulb/fixture. If your old bulb has a Has cutout, channel or groove just behind each pin/prong along the side and your lamp socket has lugs on the inner wall of the socket that fit and fit into the cutout/channel/groove then unfortunately Ottlite doesn't make the same type of no more bulbs, so you might want to replace the lamp now. Based on that I got Type A #T13330 and it works fine.
